Design: The AB, or "aluminum bowed," roof greenhouse consists of a hot dipped galvanized steel superstructure with aluminum gutters and arched roof bows for covering. Roof covering is double polyethylene film. While being a cost effective style in our product range, the structure and gutters are suitable for retrofitting to all of our other roof systems.

All substructure materials are manufactured using raw steel and then hot dipped galvanized for rust protection.
Greenhouse structure is braced with X-brace section and wind brace section using 1/2 inch round hot dipped galvanized rods.
NGMA standard structural load calculations are used unless otherwise requested by customer.

Custom Fabrication:

Truss clearance, gutter and truss extension heights custom manufactured per project
Girder trusses to eliminate posts
Slope of the greenhouse roof created by varying the slope in the posts and the truss extensions above the truss. This allows the truss and the land to be level.
Framing of passage, overhead and sliding doors
Attachment to existing or new buildings
Non-standard bay widths manufactured if required.
